very bad service....poor attitude from owner

Bought a boat tube in Aug/09, used it once only to find out it was defective from manufacturer. I carefully deflated the tube and ensured it was packed in original packaging as I found it and returned it to Sports Excellence. Establishment refused to refund my monies or even offer a store credit. This operation has seen the last of my business and I will go out of my way to recommend very strongly against doing business with them.
