After destroying my duvet cover, they were apathetic. I dry clean very few items; only my most precious things get drycleaned. After ruining my item, they said they would not replace it because it was not "new". Who dry cleans "new" stuff??? The most cherished, irreplaceable items are heirlooms. They are not "NEW". There was no apology, no regret, just a flat, "I don't know how this happened; there's nothing we can do". They were even disgruntled that I asked for my money back for the cost of dry cleaning it, but did refund my 36.00. WOW! Thanks. This application forces me to give them a "star rating" but they don't deserve one!
