What Makes You Think They Would Care?
I was horrified to find out that after my father had just recently endured a head-on collision in which evidently would lead to his injuries, he was put right back to work without even the slightest acknowledgement of the pain he is in. He should not be forced to work so soon after the incident. It is not healthy for him and he should be at home resting his injuries, not stressing them out more while being forced to sit behind a the wheel of a truck, travel unreasonable distances and lift heavy skids off and onto the trailer. At Speedy Transport they treat their employees as though they were numbers instead of individuals for have rights! The big ceo there hangs your job over your 'effing head, making sure that every one of his workers are worked to exhaustion or he'll promise you the door.
Run and Dont Look Back!
Speedy Transport from an employee standpoint is atrocious...management lacks interpersonal skills and if your not in a supervisory role you are nothing more than a mere peasant.
If you are looking for career growth, this is not the place for you, unless your good at lying, being manipulative, never taking ownership for wrong doings etc. then "Welcome Aboard."
Dont forget to ask them about their "performance bonus" everyones is in the negative by the time the review comes up...can you tell me...what was this bonus again?
If you like to be depressed, anxious, blamed and simply miserable then it could be you here!
Their mantra is "Its everybodys elses fault but mine."
Not the place I'd wanna be...to each their own.
