Aweful and we were forced to wait an hour extra

Aweful time with these guys. I had an appointment made for 1 pm and they took us in but couldnt find us on the appointment schedule and such. Even tho we called the 1800 number to get it booked. But anyways they took it in, we left for about 3 hours, came back from the mall they said its late, so basically had to wait another hour in the waiting room for it to be done, we were angry. Very small ding

Customer service lacking. Speedy quoted me a price of $98.00. Seemed high. Had the repair done at a DIFFERENT autoglass shop where I received prompt, courteous service,at no cost for this small job. They will getting my buisness when windsheild needs replacement due to helping me out not speedy.
