A thief had smashed my driver side window over a year ago and I had it replaced. The clips that hold it in place had broken and exactly a year later I took it in and they fixed it. Speedy glass installed my windshield as the windshield was cracked. When they installed it, they made a new crack in the side of the window. When I noticed it, I took it back and asked them to fix it but they told me that it wasn't their fault and that it must have happened after they had installed. When replacing a few windows in our home which had broken seals, we went to Speedy. Our phone calls were immediately returned. The quoted price was the exact bill we received in the end. It was done on time and without a hitch. We were very pleased.
