For a variety of reasons, I really trust the mechanics here.

1) The set up of the waiting room is such that you can observe anything that is being done to your vehicle.

2) They have always been gracious about explaining exactly what's going on.

3) They will tell you what DOESN'T need to be done (for example, I say I think my air filter is due for a change and they'll pull it out, look at... more
