Needs an overhaul
February 10, 2009This pedestrian mall has some nice potential, but needs a some sort of major attraction and some night life to draw people in. A theater or two might help. Shops are not really out of the ordinary but there are a couple of souvenir stores and a local craft store for folks seeking something from the capital.
