You really want to stear clear of this company! Trust me!

Sparkle Solutions are in all of the Toronto Community Housing (TCH) buildings. TCH mostly houses sick people with low incomes like myself, the machines work on a card system where if you want to do a wash for 1.50 you must put a minum of 5.00 on the card before you even get to look at the washing machine because the machine is in the lobby of the buildings not the laundry mat and the cash taking machine steals your money as well! The laundry machines don't work most of the time and they really don't fix them. Every TCH building is badly infested with bed bugs because of Sparkle Solutions and TCH owns part or all of Sparkle Solutions. Bed bugs are a huge bussiness to TCH they get grants from the goverment every year because of this problem and if they do nothing and the problem gets worse they then get a bigger grant the next year! I never knew what bed bugs were or even seen them until I first used a Sparkle Solutions washing machine which was 4 years ago! From that day of using there washing machine to this date I deal with bed bugs on a daily basis I have bed bug bites all over my body just like my neighbours! Just like most TCH tenants I have no bank account and when we lose our money in there machine they send us a check for the amount. Today I got a check from them for 2.25 from using there dryer. Money mart charges more then 2.25 to cash a check so I am just going to throw it out! From calling them before (they leave you on hold when they find out you are sick and have to pay .30 a min) I ended up with a 600.00 cell phone bill now I have no credit rating and no credit I can't even get cable if I wanted! Before you move in to a building check the lobby for one of there cash stealing machines and if they have one don't move in because the building is infested with bedbugs! Google my building and learn about it "200 Wellesley bed bugs". And if you are about to use one of there washing machines remember you will most likely die like I will and hundreds of my friends have in TCH were at the funeral you have a closed casket because your face is covered in bed bug bites from Sparkle Solutions!

UPDATE: Today is January 24, 2011. I have been out $22.50 from there machines even thou I have hardly used them and it has took until now to get anything. Today at the mailboxes I got a letter from them but the person checking her mail beside me said to check the amount in the machine because they know I am sick they will clearly rip me off over and over again. I did and the machine read 7.00. She was right they screwed me for 15.50. I called them and then realised the person who answered the phone was the person I keep talking to about them scamming sick people like myself, so I asked her if she ripped me off and she said “YES I DID! YOU SHOULD JUST GET A JOB YOU AIDS INFESTED CRIPPLE!” and then she hung up!
