My sister lives near the Langley location, so I took her there for the luxury designed for you facial for her birthday. For the price ($159 + GST each), I was not impressed and feel I got very low value for my money. I have been to much nicer spas that were less expensive.

Not impressed at all. I have been to Spa Utopia before and it was okay but today was the worst experience and a waste of my money. I went in for a 75 minute hot stone massage with a "Registered Massage Therapist" and it was only 60 minutes. My "Registered Massage Therapist" was taking her sweet time doing other things - drinking water, diddly daddling and who knows what other things but I know... more

I went to Spa Utopia for the first time today and it was such an amazing experience! The staff are extremely friendly and I love the atmosphere in there. Cindy, my RMT, was fabulous! I'll definitely be back (when I can afford to pamper myself again...)
