So unprofessional - worse receptionist ever! I will never go there again.
I got a groupon on TeamBuy for a 60 minute massage - the massage itself was great actually. But after I was done, when it was time to pay the taxes and get the insurance receipt, the receptionist did not include the tax amount in the receipt; I am not used to that - the other places I get massages from include the taxes in the receipt. When I asked him about it, he got offended and told me it was the law since January - which was fine with me. He was very rude though so after giving me the receipt, he saw I was not tipping, he asked me back the receipt, pretending he had to check something. When I gave him back the receipt he HID it on his desk and told me to go away!!!!! I swear, I could not believe my eyes! He actually hid the receipt under a plate on his desk and would not give it to me! I was so shocked, I asked him nicely to give me back my receipt (by then I was really scared!) and in the end he did give it back to me, and told me to leave - which I did, I left as fast as I could! I still cannot believe this happened....

First of all the pictures that you see on the website are misleading and I was disappointed from the moment I got there. I got a deal off of team buy to try this place out with my husband. When my husband called to make an appointment the first thing he was asked was what coupon do you have. When we got there he immediately said the tip and tax is not included. I personally do not like the idea to be told that I am expected to tip before I even walk in the door. Next we were shown to the "tea bar" basic water dispenser with styrofoam cups to serve your self. From that point we were directed to the pedicure station, a tub with fish in it that eat dead skin cells from your feet. I thought well that's kinda cool, then he says you can use it if you pay 1.00 a minute. Another mood killer. We had booked a couples massage and we directed to out masseuses that did not speak a word of English. Surprising considering that they are located in a Hotel. We were suppose to be able to pick between a choice of 3 types. We were not asked what we would prefer and could not communicate if we wanted to. This by far was the worst massage I had and I do not even want to get into the details about that. When we were done we proceeded to the sauna which did not have the accessories as shown on the website. There is a hot tub on the terrace and mind you this place was a ghost town on a Saturday so we asked if we could go in the hot tub. The owner then stated that if we pay an extra 10.00 each we could use it. What a joke. He said if we paid full price we could use all the services. Ridiculous! The whole point of doing a team buy is to try the full services out for a discounted price. Its like doing one of those deals for dinner half off at a restaurant and getting there and them telling you that you do not get sauce with your pasta because you didn't pay full price. To top it all off they did not even have any receipts left apparently and that I would receive one in the mail. This by far was the worst spa experience I had ever experienced. I would not come here again even though my chiropractor is in the same building and I am there 2 a month!

JETEZ VOTRE COUPON OU VOUS LE REGRETTEREZ COMME JAMAIS. Je m'étais procuré un coupon Groupon et je n'arrive pas encore a croire ce que j'ai vécu. J'y suis allé il y a deux jours et j'ai encore extrêmement mal partout. La sois disant «massothérapeute» m'a rué de coups et m'a tiré les cheveux, ma congelé avec ses doigts et son huile froide et n'a même pas réchauffé la salle et m'a tirer de tout bord tout côté. Sans compté que mes mains sont désormais extrêmement sèche suite à l'exfoliant d'extrême mauvaise qualité et ils ne m’ont jamais mit d'aromathérapie comme il est indiqué sur le coupon. Je n'avais pas de problème avant de me rendre à ce commerce mais il en ait tout autre maintenant. Je suis courbaturé de partout comme si un train m'avait foncé dessus. Je n'arrive pas encore à croire que j'ai payé pour me faire martyriser. Pas de papier de toilettes ni de sèche mains, odeur de cigarette omniprésente à cause des employés qui fument sur la terrasse, la «massothérapeute» ne ma jamais parlé en français et a mon arrivé les employés se chicanaient en russe ou une autre langue étrangère ainsi qua mon départ. De plus le sauna était complètement tiède donc d'aucune efficacité. Avoir su j'aurais jeté mon coupon aux poubelles pour ne pas subir le même sort que les autres internautes. Tout ce qui est inscrit sur le coupon est totalement faux. FUYEZ ses fraudeurs qui prennent plaisir a donné du mal à leurs nouveaux clients.
