A perfect escape weekend!
My husband and I spent a weekend at Spa at the Monastery just for a getaway. The room was wonderful, the staff friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the great location to enjoy an evening out with only a short walk from the hotel. The perfect place to treat yourself to a retreat.

A True Retreat
October 07, 2010This place is such an oasis......quiet, calm, relaxing and calming through and through. Great services (particularly waxing!). You are taken care of here like a true guest. Location is utterly fantastic, and the facilities are wonderful. A true retreat.

Disapointing
June 17, 2010The rooms themselves are fantastic...big bed, fireplace, whirlpool for 2 next to the bed - in addition to a full-sized bathroom. And the service at the front desk was great. After that, it pretty much goes downhill. When you stay in one of their rooms, you get access to the vitality room - this is an area in the basement... more

What a surprise
May 01, 2010I've Travelled extensively. Only stay in 4 star accomodation but always look for a good deal. First time in St. John's NFLD, attending a medical conference. Booked at the Delta and somehow got a smoking floor in a smoking room..couldn't tolerate it....nothing else left. A colleague was staying at the Monastery.
