Yes, I've had to wait for over an hour despite making an online apt. After all, this is Vancouver, not known for fast or best customer services! But then again, I don't have to take 1/2 day off work for a midday apt & wait a week+ to see my family Dr. - whose family practice is good, but has about 5 associates; each working an average of 2.5 days/week, making consistency of service varied.

The past two times I have gone here they have given me the wrong prescription. I even brought in the bottle and showed it to the Dr, but he gave me attitude and tried to blame the pharmacy. Be wary if you come here for anything important.

I have to give a five (5) star rating because of the unique feature of online booking appointments. choosing a physician, and the clinic's hours.. Like all doctors' offices, you usually have to wait even if you have an appointment, but the wait here is usually less than 20 minutes.

I wish all walk-in clinics offer online booking as this should be the norm. It's so difficult to see my family GP... more
