Poorly Run - do not go!

This is the poorest run health care facility I've ever been to.

- There was only 1 doctor on staff and 5 medical assistants working

- The assistants were obviously not busy, as one was flirting with a man right outside of the office for an entire hour and the others were fully gossiping at their station (where my examining room was conveniently located beside so I could hear everything they were saying - and it was not professional).

- They went through only 8 patients in 3 1/2 hours (that is less than 3 patients/hour for 6 staff members!!!!)

- They moved a patient ahead of the line because they were related to one of the medical assistants

- They sent another patient to my examining room before the doctor even saw me

- After seeing the doctor for an entire 2 minutes, she ended up misdiagnosing me and I had to return to a doctor (obviously a different one) the following week.
I understand that the health care services are socially funded and we are very fortunate to have such services available to us, but this facility is still a business and it should be run efficiently and properly. Furthermore, this is an URGENT care clinic, not a Walk-In Clinic, and should be run a lot faster as it is full of patients with URGENT and serious needs.
