Excellent Service
Love Sounds Fantastic.. they have the best customer service in town.
They have the knowledge & service!
What can you say about Sounds Fantastic.. they know it all, have the service to back it, and if they don't have it, they'll get it! I have dealt with the big stores before, but nothing beats Sounds. They have the best brands, from entry level to professional level, their sales staff will bend over backwards to make sure your purchasing what you need for your home, unlike others that sell you whatever has the highest profit margin. I have been buying all my home theater needs at Sounds now for many years, and i will continue to support them.
Ok ... But it's not Future Shop
I Like the Friendly no Pressure approch of the salesman but the lack of Brand and choice make this store a once in a While check out place for me.
