I ordered a Special Ube Cake for my son and what I got was Mocha . I called the following day and talked to Baby ( Rathburn location where i ordered it) and she agreed to give me the difference of $10.00 . But then come night time of same day , her sister Madel ( owner located at Terry Fox )called me asking for evidence and claiming it's impossible for them to make a mistake, she asked for pictures, leftovers because she won't believe my words. I told her that I already talked to Baby (her sister) and we settled this but Madel told me that Baby has NO SAY on this when it comes to refund! Our conversation was okay at the beginning but when she insisted that they don't make mistakes , that made me realy really mad. I decided to bring the leftover to Madel at Terry Fox location ( I have to take time out from work, used up my gas,and deal with these people) Baby and Madel were there, so I showed to their face the leftover mocha cake and still won't give me my refund back but told me to wait for his brother in law who actually made the cake and confirm it ? UNBELIEVABLE !, MADEL IS THE OWNER AND CAN'T DECIDE ON HER OWN TO GIVE MY REFUND OF $10.00 AND STILL WON'T ADMIT THEY MADE A MISTAKE! I was really mad and telling her , you can't decide on this? for 10 dollars? she made me wait and they were making side comments that I am just one of their many customers,so is this how they treat one customer??? even one of their helper was making ugly comments about me . Madel even told me that I can't order from her anymore , THE NERVE ! she doesn't have to tell me that because I am not going back to them anymore and will tell all the people I know how they treated me. So here comes Rodel the brother in law who actually made the cake , very calm person, sat down with me and talked to me and FINALLY SOMEBODY ADMITTED THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE! It took 3 people to decide on $10 dollars refund and made me wait for 45 minutes. I told Rodel , I want my refund and I want Madel to apologize to me and admit that they made a mistake , Rodel told me that Madel will only apologize if I will apologize , UNBELIEVABLE!!! Rodel told me to apologize becasue I called Madel " Buwiset ka! , and I admitted that nabweset talaga ako sa kanya when she said that it is impossible to make a mistake! and i am not apologizing for that! Madel also insulted me by calling me "Kanto girl!" because I told her these words " grabe!, wow! , i admitted I said these words because I never encountered a person who will say that it is impossible for her to make mistakes. "SO I AM ASKING YOU NOT TO BUY FROM SOMETHING SWEET ANYMORE , THEY DON'T TREAT CUSTOMER RIGHT, THEY ARE ARROGANT , YES THEY ARE NICE WHEN THEY TAKE ORDERS BUT IF THEY MADE A MISTAKE , YOU GONNA GET A HELL OUT OF IT BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK !

This Filipino store tucked in a small plaza in Rathburn is an amazing find inside of Mississauga. A small place just strictly for take out. The staff are friendly and quick, although it looks rundown the food is as fresh as it'll get.

Im glad I found a place in Mississauga that serves delicious Filipino food! Greeted by many smiles, this location is take-out only. I ordered a one item combo (kare-kare and rice) for $6.50, and the portion was quite filling and tasty. I was craving turon, but unfortunately, they had sold out for the day. I'll be back; hopefully they will have turon then!
