Dissappointed three times.

First time I went for eyebrow waxing. One side didn't match the other. The second visit, I had my eyebrows done again and she burned my skin above my eye. On the third visit, I went from reddish hair colour to blonde or so I tried. He stripped my hair and told me to come back in 6 months. Bells rang in my head. I had to walk around for 6 months for the roots to show half way down my lengthy hair. I looked like hell. After 4 months, I considered going elsewhere and it made a world of difference. I will never ever go back there as long as I live. Horrible! :(
