Incompetence, theft and lies

They said it would take 5 days to connect me, it took them more than 2 months. When they finally did they had already charged more than they should have had I been receiving service.

I switched to TekSavvy to get away from the big cable company that was providing my internet. It felt good taking my business to a small company. However, they are grossly incompetent and every time something goes wrong, they blame the big cable company and say it is not their problem, as mentioned in the terms of service.

I have wasted at least 20 hours on the phone with these buffoons and they made no effort to make me happy despite their repeated incompetence. I consider this company to be a scam.
