Cheap food, but is it worth it?
May 31, 2009by Michael (from Ottawa, Ontario) June 2009 - So Good is one of the cheaper restaurants in Chinatown. Go there any night of the week and you will find it packed from 6 to 8pm. Like many similar restaurants, all of the servers are older Chinese women who graciously meet you at the door and bring you a hot pot of tea upon sitting down. The food here at So Good was better than good, it was fabulous. All four of us really enjoyed our meal here and the place seems quite popular- it was packed on a Tuesday night. My only complaint would be the ridiculous length of the menu and the fact that the waitress spilled dark sauce down my white coat and didn't offer to take the dry cleaning bill. Best Chinese food resraurant!!! The atmosphere is not as good as the service and the food is, small place for it's popularity!! Went without reservations, told my friends and I that in 15 minutes they'd have a table for us eventhough the place was packed.
