POOR JOB done!! Not impressed with this company at all. They did not seem to know how to use their maintenance equipment properly. They also are not careful when around vehicles or buildings or other peoples belongings. When we started having issues with them we called their office. The lady we spoke to on the phone was VERY RUDE!! No help at all. I am shocked and disappointed that a company would portray themselves this way at all!
Lack of responsibility
Snowdogz employees were working in the parking lot of my place of employment. Their maintenance equipment threw a rock at my truck and smashed the back window! They said I had no proof (too bad I wasn't filming them working :S wth??) and they therefore would not pay for it. They completely lack morals, responsibility and proper human decency!! I am out several hundred dollars due to replacing my window and I hope that by writing this I can lose them several hundred dollars of business. Karma!!!
