A Horrible experience

I can't believe how bad an experience I had with this company. I get that moving is hardwork but these guys did everything wrong.

I have moved with Ferguson several times over the years. They have provided us with very good service. The office staff are particularly helpful and have gone out of their way to advise us on details of moving.
