the scarborough location (markham and lawrence) are horrible! the sales rep was busy on the phone speaking tamil instead of serving the customers. When I interrupted his conversation he was very rude provided no help at all. I will never go back there!!!

Please ask the store return policy before you buy any product in this store. You will lose money and get wrong product. They have a lot of excuse to refuse to return the product because it is 'opened'

New Mattresses
