Terrible service and damaged goods

Bought a pair of pants, after wearing for a week took it in for dry cleaning at sketchleys at 1529 Steels Avenue East North York, ON M2M 3Y7. After picking it up noticed that they damaged the paths by washing or bringing it to contact with bleach like substance. There were red marks at different spots.
After talking to the clerks at the store I was promised that they will send it back and have it cleaned again, after a week when I went to pick it up there was nothing changed, the paths were still damaged. At that point I was promised that the manager will call me and talk to me about the damage, after playing phone tag and waiting for 2 weeks I called the Sketchleys head office and was promised that someone will contact me. Nobody did for 3 weeks, and when finally I got Irene the "manager" on the phone she had the nerve to tell me that the paths must have been damaged prior being received by the store. Long story short they damaged my paths, played phone tag with me for 2 months and at the end didn’t get compensated for the damages. I will strongly recommend not using Sketchleys cleaners, terrible customer service and irresponsible chain
