Yuk, dirty and bad

This was a terrible spa, the only reason there is 1 star instead of 0 is because the lady was nice. The facility did not have any of the usual spa atmosphere. The foot stalls were filthy, the lady didn't wash her hands and unbelievably she didn't soak our feet before giving a very poor foot massage (I can't imagine touching people's feet without washing them first yuk!). The eyebrow tint she gave us washed off on the first night and the chin/lip/eyebrow wax missed out and I plucked when I got back to the hotel. Really, bad. Unfortunately it was my sister's first time and very disappointing. We were supposed to have side by side and when we got there the other person who was supposed to do this was not there. The towels were dirty and I think I might have gotten a foot infection after accidently putting my bare foot in the foot tub. Also it was freezing cold in there. Then to add insult to injury it cost over 100$.

Really, really bad don't waste your money it was bad. It was sad because the lady was nice and I'm sure badly in need of business.
