Long story short, out of all of the dealership I visited at the Richmond someone actually wanted to help us and not ignore us.

The professional services offered by Signature Mazda is TOP NOTCH. I've had the pleasure of doing business with them for almost 10 years as I've had various Mazda 3s since day one (through leasing). Recently I've have had my first child last year which meant a need for more space in a vehicle. This year, Alice Lee, new to the Mazda team, assisted me in the purchase of a new 2016 CX-5. Not only is she a valuable member to the team, she ensures her customers are treated with high quality service. Thank you to Alice, Nathan, Danny and Marko for the excellent services provided. I'm loving my new CX-5!! Looking forward to doing business with you all in the next 10 years!!
Alice Lee was great.
My Wife and I bought a Mazda CX5 from Signature Mazda in the Richmond Auto Mall. Alice Lee who was our Sales person was great. She was accommodating and very knowledgeable with the CX5 we bought. Never felt pressure by her.

What a joke
May 03, 2011I went in to buy a Mazda 3 GT sedan auto. I did an online build and printed off my summary to see if they were honest. I was quoted by my sales person a price 20$ per month higher. I tried to negotiate and was told they only have 5% mark up keep in mind they were roughly 1000$ above MSRP ( I run an accounting firm and know my numbers) I explained that I had already had a number from online... more
