Terrible warranty service

I returned broken glass pieces to the store at the start of Sept/11 and the girl told me that it would take 2-3 weeks for them to arrived. It has now been two months. She is now telling me it's going to be another 10 days for they did not place the order until the middle of Oct/11. This business has very poor warranty and customer service. I would not recommend this business. I caution buyers to stay away unless you are planing two years down the road. It's taken me 2 months and I have yet to see my product becuase they can not generate enough sales to order from the manufacturer and does not want to pay for shipping. Buyers beware.
