Came here for a wedding banquet as a part of the wedding party - some notes: - shark fin soup... lacked shark fin. Surprising given there are two 6-foot shark fins in the display case outside. Posers. I had a cold coming in... three bowls of shark fin soup was unable to cure my ailment. - squab was delicious - juicy and well-seasoned - the lobster was a big hit with rest of the table - rock... more

I've been trying dim sum places around Vancouver and this one is my favorite so far.*Free parking. For those driving up from Seattle, free parking is essential.*Polite service, enough English-speaking staff and English menu that we could order the food we wanted and ask for the check when we were done.*Great food. Pretty mediocre dim sum. Portions are large. You'll get 20% off if you eat & pay before 11:30am. But I wouldn't go there again even if it is 50% off.
