First of all the customer service was excellent! It is awesome that they keep your phone number and name in their database so they can track down your receipts if you lose them. Also, the workers were very friendly,always greeted me and kept checking on me and making sure I was doing all right! Another great thing is that if a size that you need is not in stock, they will check their sister store in North Battleford to see if it is in stock there. I have never felt so welcomed or helped in a retail store!
I also love the brands they have brought in, and the variety of clothes they offer! I have recommended this to my friends and family all across Saskatchewan, and they have all gone to the store and said it was one of the best retail experiences they have ever had!
I will be shopping there for ALL my clothing needs!
I thought it was amazing! customer service was spot on!... I have never worn Mavi's before but those girls there made me a believer. I love all the selection there to... i could spend a whole day in there if I could.
Have been to the store only twice. First time I went, everything was fine. Last time I went, during the Christmas season, was absolutely horrible. Will not be returning. Upon entering the store, which was completely empty, I was not greeted nor offered assistance, which I did actually require. Every single person that entered the store AFTER me was greeted and offered assistance.
Spending half an hour looking for a t-shirt, I proceeded to the checkout. Their policy is to get a telephone number, just in case you lose the receipt and a return is needed. The sales associate asked for my phone number, to which I replied "No thank you", as I knew the gift would not be returned. She then said "It's just for returns in case you lose your receipt" in the snottiest manner possible, did not say another word during the entire transaction, and had me bagged up and ready to go before I could ask for a gift receipt (for just in case).
I 100% absolutely refuse to go into this store again, despite it's close proximity to my residence. I would rather suffer the crowds, parking, and expense in going to Midtown Plaza than to shop here again.
