I purchased a groupon for this company in BC although their head office appears to be in Toronto ON.

what a waste of my time.
My arrival window was between 10 and 12. Quarter past 12 I called and asked for an eta. the lady said she would call right back. I waited a half an hour and then called again. I was told he would be there in an hour.

I happened to have a very good experience with these guys. I needed our new shag rug cleaned because it smelled like glue. I found these guys on yelp.
