Wouldn't even let me out of already canceled contract during cancer treatments!
January 30, 2010I signed up for a 1 year contract, with a 10 day cancelation term...that evening I went home and my husband expressed an interest in joing a gym WITH me...so I called the gym the very next day and told them the great news of my husbands interest, but that it unfortunatley meant I would be joining a gym elsewhere. Membership person -- not nice at all
March 25, 2009I inquired today about joining and was appalled by the rude Manager / Membership person at the end of the phone. I asked to speak to a consultant because I was hoping they have nicer staff on-board, but she said I have to speak to her. Too bad, I was ready to commit and they lost me right at the first call. Poor customer service will get you .... nowhere fast these days.
