Great Hotel!

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Parkway.We were there for 4 nights from July 4-8. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable and clean. We only had breakfasts in the hotel restaurant and found it very good. One of the indoor pools was being repaired so we did not see it. The other pool (Sheraton section), however, was crowded on the nights we were there. This might have been because the other pool was closed, I guess. All in all, a great hotel!

It's staggering between a three and four star hotel like 3.5. Our room was old but still very clean and had a lot of amenities, like a microwave, fridge and two tvs. However, if I gained another pound I wouldn't be able to fit into the shower. It was so tiny. I booked the day of and check in was seamless. The service is so fantastic, even the housekeeping staff was super friendly!!

My only complaint, and the reason for this low rating, is the design of the rooms.

I mean, unless you like a huge vent blowing you to sleep, i mean, really.

This is definitely an older hotel in need of a bit of a refresh, or maybe in the process of one. But overall it wasn't a bad experience. Check in was fast and friendly, and though I was with a large group booking, I wound up with a heavily upgraded room with a bar(?) and a jacuzzi. The bedding was comfortable, but I seem to be on a streak of finding hair in bathrooms in hotels lately.
