Great Hotel!
My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Parkway.We were there for 4 nights from July 4-8. The staff was very helpful and friendly and our room was very comfortable and clean. We only had breakfasts in the hotel restaurant and found it very good. One of the indoor pools was being repaired so we did not see it. The other pool (Sheraton section), however, was crowded on the nights we were there. This might have been because the other pool was closed, I guess. All in all, a great hotel!

BE PREPARED TO BE NICKEL AND DIMED TO DEATH We paid $184.00 for the room on top of the xtra charges .The rooms are good the service is good I do not like surprises when it comes to charges on my bill. INTERNET CHARGE over $7.00 . Then there was what they call a COMMON AREA CHARGE over $5.00 .We ordered a pizza they even charged $1.25 for the LOCAL CALL. Excellent for the most part
May 09, 2012They messed up on our billing but promptly corrected it. Great place to stay, a single bus ride gets you to the toronto metro. It's connected to a Sheridan hotel so you get access to the spa, very nice (albeit overpriced as usual) restaurant, concierge, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.
