My wife and I stayed at the Shaw Club Hotel and Spa in Niagara on the Lake and had a fantastic time. We were treated like royalty by the staff, the food was great and the rooms were amazing. It felt like staying in a high-end hotel in New York city!! We will be back.

$25 for shellac removal and she didn't even tidy up my nails. I've never paid more than $10 even at pricey down-town Toronto spas. It was my fault for not checking the price until after it was done but I felt very ripped off for a sub-par service.
Third time here in a year - June 2014 for my birthday, which my husband told them about upon booking and they left me a cute birthday note and treat in the room on arrival, super nice! Returned a few months later in October 2014 for our Anniversary, and my husband told them what we were celebrating upon booking and they left us a lovely note and bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room... more
Stayed here on a LivingSocial, Was a great anniversary experience. Stayed in the annex. It looks a bit shotty from the outside, But the rooms are modern and very well appointed. A very great experience, And we'll be back again for sure.
*Tip-We were offered a second night for only $110 after arrival, So keep that in mind if your booking on an off day or out of the busy season.
