When we had Telus, we were constantly being cut out and charged for random things. we could never get ahold of anyone. When we switched to Shaw, we could get in contact at all hours, and the quality of cable, phone and internet is about a million times better. Switch to shaw, its worth it
If you don't already use shaw as your cable provider you should. The customer service we have recieved over the years has been great. We use shaw for our phone, internet and cable.
We are subscribing to the shaw internet connection for almost 2 years now. It was on a student discount plan. Recently they started charging us more. I find it so amazing that this company spends $$$$$$$ on marketing to new customers however they do nothing to retain their existing customer base. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why their customer retention is on a steady decline! These people damaged my PS3 during installation and denied any fault. Dispute ongoing, and likely to go to small claims court.
Update: the issue was resolved, and I received a free month of service.
