Shaw was great in the past but moving from Edmonton to Red Deer... they really dropped the ball. The install was good but the service over the phone... no one really knew what they were doing, my bundle packages changed prices with each person and spoke with and there were no notes on my file. The last guy I talked with was going to add on voicemail to my services... been a week and still no... more

I was at the Shaw Cable building on the west end the other day, to be in the studio audience for a local cable series on Shaw TV.
