When we had Telus, we were constantly being cut out and charged for random things. we could never get ahold of anyone. When we switched to Shaw, we could get in contact at all hours, and the quality of cable, phone and internet is about a million times better. Switch to shaw, its worth it
If you don't already use shaw as your cable provider you should. The customer service we have recieved over the years has been great. We use shaw for our phone, internet and cable.
Agreed with many of the other comments regarding service and equipment issues. I've been with Shaw a couple times now and only ever experienced problems. Shaw was great in the past but moving from Edmonton to Red Deer... they really dropped the ball. The install was good but the service over the phone... no one really knew what they were doing, my bundle packages changed prices with each person and spoke with and there were no notes on my file. The last guy I talked with was going to add on voicemail to my services... been a week and still no... more
