Hotel in a perfect spot in downtown Toronto! Once you valet you walk into a random hallway to check in- sort of an awkward way of checking in. We had a hiccup when we checked in early and room was not ready. Front desk said they would call me when the room was ready.. hours upon hours later no call so decided to inquire. Awesome hotel. Very luxurious with a asian touch. I loved being able to spend a night here when I was in Toronto. The hotel staff was amazing. Very helpful. I enjoyed the lounge area where they had live music. The fitness center was amazing as well as the pool. There was a dry sauna in the locker rooms. The first room we were assigned had a crumbly grout problem in the shower, so I called to report the issue.
