We had a good experience with Shade-O-Matic shutter manufacturer. Their representative came to our home measured and wrote up the order for us. We had the shutters installed on every window in our house, so it was a big job. There was an ordering error on their part and the wrong product was sent to us, but they compensated us by refunding us 25% and installing all of the shutters for free!... more
