Horrible spa!!!!!
Please everyone DO NOT waste your time or money going to this junk hole. The staff is sooooooooo unprofessional I don't even know where to begin. The manager acted like a trailor park woman and did not provide a spa experience AT ALL!. Their laser machine which I used did not work, and I did 7 sessions. I only have about 5% reduction and I was a perfect candidate to have good results. All of a sudden their "machine broke", but I guess they had to make something up since other people I started to chat with also said they were not getting any good results. WASTE of time, RUDE staff, and a laser machine that DID NOT WORK.

Its so funny how the only good reviews are the ones written by the spa!!!!!! There are a number of complaints about this spa but I still decided to go in and see for myself what it was all about because they did have a good laser deal.
I guess people write reviews for a reason and I really should have listened to the reviews I read prior to going in. An employee by the name of Josephine serviced me and it was the worst laser session ever! When I tried to book another appointment that was suppose to be for 6 weeks she wanted to give me 10 weeks and said the amount I paid wouldn't even cover the parts she lasered on me so i could be grateful that I got such a good deal. Even though the spa decided to put up the deal for that price the client should be "grateful" for whatever they get even though laser is every 4-6 weeks. I dont know who made that lady the manager but if the owner is wondering why there are so many complaints and why no one is going back they should fire there manager and maybe people will return.
Medical services were good, front desk not so much.
Serene MedSpa is clean and relaxing. I had Andrea, who was very pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing in the Velashape treatment and was very kind.
When I was leaving, I tried to book another appointment, but the front desk receptionist was very condescending.
I understand they must receive a lot of calls a day and consider myself lucky to have purchased Velashape treatments through a coupon deal online for much less. I might not pay $600 per treatment like some of the others, but I think it's inappropriate to give attitude when I'm just asking if there are any available appointment in the following week. Spas are supposed to give you a pleasant, relaxing environment, but what I ended up with was a sour experience that just ruined my day.

I got a gift certificate on mother’s day from Serene Spa. I am trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks now, I left them two messages they still have not call back. Great place, very warm and friendly staff. Very beautifully decorated and so comforting. I had a facial, massage, Manicure and pedicure package for my birthday which was Nov.7 and I loved it. The facial products are to die for, very high quality eminence organic and the polish is deborah lippmann, only high end spas have them. The massage put me to sleep. Definately returning.

I had a facial, with micro dermabrasion. Very well done. Sandy, Andrea and Pina are very conscientious, attentive and punctual. They made every effort to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. This spar provides excellent value for the money in relation to the hight level of quality of the products and services performed.
