Be careful of this guy. He screws contractors. He's hired sub contractors to fix up jobs that he's screwed up on and then doesn't pay them. There are many sub contractors that he's screwed over. I've contacted some of his past clients and they have confirmed that some of those sub contractors have tried to collect the money from them but to no avail. So as a sub I would stay away from this person.
