The whole place is dirty, fire alarms are constantly going off and stay on for 30 min at a time with no way to silence the loud speaker in each suite. Elevators often have garbage, beer cans, or puke in them. Internet access is very limited and forcing to set up, with no option to use a router for multiple devices or wireless. Gross hairs all over and the maids never came all day. Left over garbage found in room. Breakfast was a begal and coffee and some bulk cereal. Waste of money manager message was left without a call back.

Poor navigation to "front desk", and no sign indicating it's actually a hotel, and for good reason... It's student housing during the school year, but when school is out it's a hotel/residence and this is according to the concierge so I'm not making this up.
