A gorgeous, homely, comfortable guesthouse
April 29, 2010We spent three weeks in Vancouver, Seattle, and Victoria, and absolutely loved staying at the Selkirk. The 'Maple Suite' consisted of a large double bed, huge walk in wardrobe, single bed/sofa, and TV. There was a shared toilet and bathroom, and a kitchen/diningroom. Generally very good experience
December 09, 2008We stayed here with the kiddo in the off-season, and generally it worked out well.We stayed in the suite downstairs, which was a bit like a basement apartment, but very spacious and much more convenient. The rate was also good due to it being the off-season.Breakfast was tasty. As a bonus, there are chickens, a trampoline, a treehouse, and watercraft, so this is a great place to stay with kids... more
