Quality of staff!

Securiguard is responsible for checking a business property @ Homer & Nelson St. Vancouver. (990 Homer Street). The male staff observed do their job - check all halls, etc. However the Indian female employee does not even get out of the elevator! There could be squatters in the halls and all the rooms - she would never know. She just rides up the elevator and when door opens she glances out and closes door and proceeds - same on each floor. Very poor job ethics! Just though someone in charge should know. I would not want her checking my building or worksite.
