We will return again and again
May 17, 2012We discovered Seb's a number of years ago and cannot travel anywhere near the Mont Tremblant area without having at least one meal here! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding! From the modern interpretation of ingredients and combination of tastes to the wine list, this has become a favourite of ours! And they continue to change things... more

Beautiful atmosphere. Great service with knowledgable waiters. Great food but small portions if you have a good appetite. We took the 4 service table d'hôte with wine accompaning each dish.
This was fine but I wish we would have gone à-la-carte and ordered our own wine and digestif.
Would I return. Yes, but would order à-la-carte instead. Pricing is high...

If you are a foodie and near St Jovite/Mont it is worth a visit to this charming restaurant for a special meal. The menu changes and is endlessly interesting. My meal consisted of a caramelized onion tart, venison medallions on risotto with a red wine sauce and grilled vegetables and a chocolate and ice cream decedant dessert.
