I went in not knowing what I wanted to choose. The salesperson approached me and started asking questions: what size the room was, any windows, color of walls, flooring type? Then he helped me choose a style and design that would fit perfectly in my room. I am very happy!

I needed new carpet in our family room and a new heat pump. Sears did a great job on the pricing due to getting both pieces of business, and their installers were great. I'm always pleased when I use them. They are not the cheapest, but consistant and dedicated to resolving any issues in a fair manner. I would use them again.
