I guess I expected more from a big name like sears. Yes they cleaned the carpet, and managed to upsell me $62.50 to Sanitize, but then walked all over the carpet afterwards and left footprints all over the nice clean carpet. Clean prints but prints non the less. They said it couldnt' be helped, and they might be right but even before that, I've had much better carpet cleaning jobs done. I won't... more
