A busy store
A well stocked home appliance and furnishings store, it always seems to be very busy. We had to wait for an available salesperson (not the first time), but once we were helped it was good service. The installation price charged for an above the range micro seems rather steep.

May 18, 2011Bought a Natuzzi sofa and love seat for $6,000 two years ago and it looks and wore like it was 15 years old. Neither Sears nor Natuzzi, if you can locate their customer service anywhere, are willing to help and after reviewing the on-line complaints about both of them, I now know why. Legal action will follow my complaint, sincerely, Steve Vasseur, Moncton N.B. Canada.

Outrageous cost of services
March 22, 2011My Kenmore dishwasher was not cleaning effectively; when I called Sears service, I spoke to a representative who's English was difficult to understand. He said a service call would cost $99 for a 10 minute assessment. I would then be advised of the cost. Terrible customer service
March 08, 2011Bought a three piece Natuzzi sofa set from Brentwood at a cost of around $6000. When the sofa was delivered, the delivery guy cut it with his utility knife and had to be replace. The replacement came with another defect, and it too was replced. When we moved moved around the set after renovating, we notice the cushion on the chair was sewn on crooked.
