great place
i don't know what these other people are talking about! the staff has always been amazing to me, and most of them have been working there for years!
i've been a client at scissors for what feels like forever, i'm always taken care of, and my hair is always amazing!
i would definetely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to get their hair done
All gone?
Every single staff member is gone, they have offically all left and moved on to bigger and better things. Thank god, I now have no reason to ever go back!
inconsistent
The only word I can use to describe this salon is Inconsistent.
Some times the girls here are happy, cheerful and in a great mood, which results in a great color/style..but more often than not, when I go back a month later it seems like a huge grey cloud is hanging over them all, so on the contrary, my hair turns out to be a complete disappointment. I don't know what goes on there but it must be something serous, I've never been having a service in any other salon/spa and had the staff act so blatantly angry or agitated.
It's really too bad because this is a beautiful salon but I will not chance my hair with inconsistent services.
