Super expensive! The valet alone costs $18! Not to mention that they charge even for a cookie or tea! The staff is not helpful at all and do not accomodate the guests to fit their needs. I told the masseuse that I had a burn and she went ahead and "massaged" the sensitive area. Needless to say, it was not calming. The worst experience I've ever had at a SPA, without a doubt. While the massage was average, the staff exhibited extremely bad customer service. Despite going there to relax and enjoy myself, I left extremely tense and highly disappointed with the entire experience. The staff left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never go back.
