Buy a slice or the whole thing, savoury or sweet; these old-style pies are worth the slightly higher price. Also serving café-style meals, amazing sandwiches, and other bakery fare.

I wish they were everywhere.
November 30, 2011If Savary were to open a location near where I live I would eat there every day and get very fat. It is not cheap, in fact I can't go in there without spending at least $75. But I always leave full and with a big bag of treats for friends and family (and me). Worth driving across the city to come for lunch on the weekend. Pick up a whole pie and some muffins for work.
