Useless, Degenerate, Unreliable, Lazy

Thurlow and his team of monkeys are completely useless. They have managed my building for approx 3 years. Every AGM people express concerns about security, condo fees ect. His response is a joke. Nothing but excuses. Stuff like " we looked into that, but the cost is too expensive." What a load of B.S. As of today, we still have not had our parking lot cleaned and snow removed yet!!!! I wouldn't trust Greg and neither should you. Keep looking for another property manager, skip these guys.
