Sapperton Baptist has recently been renamed as New West Community Church. As of this writing (June 2011) the church has a youngish pastor (Paul Dirks), whose doctrine is very Bible based, and without the compromises that one finds at so many liberal churches today, which no longer hold to the teachings of Christ.
