Reconsider before book the room
I stayed in this hotel couple times. I have to say, the service quality wasn't meet my standard. A hotel with elegant decore and 4-star facility should reach 4 star services.
On-site restaurant just opened but for some weird reason wasn't opened on Christmas eve and Christmas day, which me and my friends were stuck in hotel due to the critical snow condition. Traffic access to city center wasn't very convinient.
The days we stayed there, the snow condition was very critical. Hotel wasn't clearing the parking lot efficiently. I almost slip on my butt couple times.
Overall, the room was nice. The pool and hot tub facility was excellent. But the Front Desk guest services attitude wasn't quite reached my standard. Also, the services the hotel can provided is very limited, if they want to call themselves "resort" hotel.
I strongly recommend other travellers reconsider before make the booking to stay in this hotel.

“Elevator did not work”

Our room was on the 20th floor with a spectacular view. The problem was the elevator was flaky. After waiting a long time we called the front desk and a manager took us down in the service elevator. We talked to people in the pool and it sounds like a common maintainance problem.

“Would stay again”
May 08, 2013Excellent service, great amenities, comfortable rooms. What more could you want? For food you can go to Dennys on the premise, wonderful food at Chop - especially sitting outside. If dinner is too pricey, order appies. The atmsosphere is great! Shark Club is on site which is a pub that turns into a night club. Pool with water slide . Options for everyone.
