Reconsider before book the room

I stayed in this hotel couple times. I have to say, the service quality wasn't meet my standard. A hotel with elegant decore and 4-star facility should reach 4 star services.
On-site restaurant just opened but for some weird reason wasn't opened on Christmas eve and Christmas day, which me and my friends were stuck in hotel due to the critical snow condition. Traffic access to city center wasn't very convinient.
The days we stayed there, the snow condition was very critical. Hotel wasn't clearing the parking lot efficiently. I almost slip on my butt couple times.
Overall, the room was nice. The pool and hot tub facility was excellent. But the Front Desk guest services attitude wasn't quite reached my standard. Also, the services the hotel can provided is very limited, if they want to call themselves "resort" hotel.
I strongly recommend other travellers reconsider before make the booking to stay in this hotel.

Amazing hotel near the airport. This is where flight crews stay yet theres an indoor pool with a huge waterslide!! And beside it is the Shark Club Bar!! Awesome!! And inside the hotel is Chop fish and steak bar.. This hotel is excellent.

A Very Pleasant Surprise

I was disappointed to learn that there was no room at the Marriott in Richmond, and even moreso to learn that we would be staying at the Sandman Signature. How wrong I was. The facility was simply outstanding. The room itself was classy, and the bed supremely comfortable. Staff were pleasant and accomodating. I doubt you will be disappointed.
