The hotel sandman in vancouver city centre

These is the second time within the past month that I have stayed at this hotel and both times there was no hot water in the morning. The hotel lobby is under construction which is a bit of any inconvience too. The main reason for staying at this hotel is reasonable price and the short distance to Rogers arena.

room was good but that was a bathroom?

We travel a lot. We selected this hotel based on its location to the Rogers Arean where we were attending a show. The room itself was quite nice.....but the door to get in couldn't open full because it banged into a wall and the bathroom was so small you had to open the door, go in , stand beside the toilet , turn sideways in order to close the door. ridiculously small. I was very unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. We booked 3 rooms all the same on the same credit card, all 3 rooms were located on a diffeant floor, and were of a differant quality. 1 had a king bed and a couch flat screen tv, nice decor, another also had nice decor, king bed, but no couch, and the heat would not adjust so the room was very hot and uncomfortable.
